The Takoyaki Food Stand is place visited multiple times by Kashou and his catapanions; Milk and her owner can be found here. This stand is most likely located at the local park.
Kashou, Chocola and Vanilla bump into the food stand on their first walk into the park in Nekopara Vol. 1. In Nekopara Vol. 2, Coconut also went to the food stand while being with Kashou, Vanila, and Chocola.
